A case report is presented in which an amateur football player required a second ACL revision.
This case represents how multiple intrinsic and extrinsic factors need to be studied before the surgery, such as the tunnel position and size, frontal and sagittal alignment, meniscal deficit and extra-articular injuries. All these issues require correction prior or during the ACL-revision in order to achieve a stable knee.
